Decoden — short for “decorated” & “denwa” (denwa meaning phone in Japanese) is a style of bedazzling your phone case and accessories with kawaii charms and simulated cream glue, originating from Japan in the early 2000’s.

Appointments are highly recommended to ensure you have the best decoden experience! Please keep in mind that we will not be able to accept walk-ins if we’re fully booked for the day. To make an appointment, click here!

We believe that decoden can be fun for all ages! :) However, cream glue piping can be difficult for kids under 10 years old. Parents will need to help their children with the cream glue piping!

We have a strict 10 minute grace period, so we highly encourage your entire party be on time. There is a chance that your table will be given up to a walk-in party after your 10 minute grace period is up. Incomplete parties will be seated and begin decorating before the grace period is up. If the rest of your party is more than 10 minutes late, they will not be allowed to join your table.

We keep your card on file in the event that we must charge a cancellation/rescheduling/no show fee based on our policies listed below.

You will NOT be charged before your appointment time! There may be a temporary hold to verify your card, but we won’t actually charge you anything until after you’ve completed your decoden creation!

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give at least 12 hours notice. You will be able to cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email up to 6 hours before your appointment time. Our scheduling system will not allow you to change after that.

In the event that your entire party doesn’t show, you will be charged a $25 no show fee from the card saved on file.

We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued credit card bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo. We also accept mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

You may take your item home on the same day or leave it with us for a few days. We’ll contact you once the cream glue is completely dry and ready for pick up!

It typically takes 5-7 days, depending on the thickness of the cream.

Once home, keep your decoden flat in the box with the top open for 5-7 days. This will allow the cream glue to dry.

When removing/changing your decoden phone case, carefully do so to prevent your charms and cream glue from getting loose. But don’t panic, you can always super glue them back on!

Yes, there is a parking lot in the Honda Plaza. Please ask for a validation stamp!
